Shoals Smile By Design is currently a participating PPO provider with BCBS of AL, Delta Dental Premier Plans, and Dentanet Network. We gladly accept all insurance plans for our patients and are happy to file claims on their behalf. We do require payment of all co-pays and deductibles at the time of service.
